Elucidating the role of Neospora caninum surface antigen 1 (NcSAG1) in the pathogenesis of neosporosis 2. Construction of Neospora caninum Dense Granule Protein 9 Knockout line (NcGRA9-) through CRISPR-Cas9 to study the role of NcGRA9 in the pathogenesis of neosporosis.
