  • Plant transformation systems: Agrobacterium mediated transformation, microprojectile bombardment and the Restriction Enzyme Mediated Integration (REMI) of gene.
  • Regeneration of plantlets through tissue culture technique.
  • Preparation of DNA and RNA for PCR, RT-PCR, Southern, and Northern hybridization purposes.
  • Analysis of plant functional compounds using HPLC and GC systems.
  • Transient in vivo assay of genes using Agroinfiltration process.
