Debarshi Bhattacharjee was born in 1989, in Sunamganj, Bangladesh. He completed his Bachelor degree in Fisheries from Sylhet Agricultural University, in 2012 and received his master degree in Fisheries Technology and Quality Control from same university in 2014. He acquired extensive and elegant knowledge on fish harvesting, fisheries chemistry, fisheries microbiology, high and low temperature processing, fish preservation, quality control of fish and fishery products,protocol writing, study design, project management and implementation, generating hypothesis, mathematical modeling, scientific writing, data management, statistical analysis and interpretation of the results. Through working on various research projects now he is quite conversant with some of the advance versions of software like SPSS, STATA, SAS, and R analysis. At present, he is working as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Fisheries Technology and Quality Control, Sylhet Agricultural University.
