Dr. Md. Abdullah-Al-Mamun has made debut on this earth on 1982. He received his Ph.D. in Fish Vaccination in 2019 from the College of Fisheries, Mangalore, under Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, India. He obtained Netaji Subhas International Fellowship 2015-2016 for completion of Ph.D degree from Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR). His research was on validation of biofilm of Aeromonas hydrophila oral vaccine in striped catfish. He had developed polyclonal antibody (PAB) against Pangasius IgM to measure the specific antibody for biofilm oral vaccine. Gut Associate Lymphoid Tissues (GALT) was another important findings of his research. He has given several talks at international conferences. He had published 33 research articles in international and national peer reviewed journals, and one book. He held different positions and member of national and international organizations. He had completed Bachelor (Fisheries) and Master of Science (Fish Nutrition) from Bangladesh Agricultural University, Mymensingh. Dr. Mamun had shown his merit in different competitive exam including Public Service Commission (PSC). At a time he received appointment letters from Sonali Bank Limited (Senior Officer), Thana Education Officer (TEO), and Bangladesh Civil Service (Fisheries).
